Andy Van Pelt, MBA, Executive Vice President, OAHHS. As Executive Vice President, Andy Van Pelt is responsible for the day-to-day operations of OAHHS and its affiliates. For nearly 12 years, Andy has contributed to every level of the organization. As a member of the leadership team, he is responsible for setting the policy and legislative agenda for the association and overseeing both the advocacy and public affairs strategies to see the association’s agenda through. Specifically, he has led the work with his team around the Medicaid funding package, and specifically the expansion of the hospital provider taxes with the Governor and legislative leadership. Most recently, he led the creation and adoption of the association’s 2019-2022 strategic plan.
